Grape is a name of a fruit, considered a berry which comes in various colors and forms. The colors of the grapes are green, red and purple. From grapes jellies, jams, juices, and wines are made. Many nutrients are found in grapes which has numerous health benefits. Also, grapes are related to preventing numerous diseases such as heart disease, cancer, high blood pressure and constipation.

There are many reasons to eat grapes because:

The major nutrient resveratrol found in grapes is a  part of a group of compounds known as polyphenols. On the skins of red grapes, resveratrol is found.
