According to the health experts, brisk walk around 40- 60 minutes is suggested for good health. But while walking you should not be out of breath. Simple things increasing your breathing and heart rate a bit, which your body gets heat and start to sweat.

If you walk at a normal pace then you can cover at least 5 km in an hour. Two steps at an average per meter are 10,000 steps daily at a faster pace covers the same distance in 40 to 50 minutes. In the situation, if you are unable or can't walk for full one hour then you can divide into two walks. You can walk 30 minutes in the morning and the remaining 30 minutes in the evening. And never walk immediately after eating. It is recommended that you should not walk after eating. Minimum you should wait for 40 minutes and start walking.
