In the situation, if you are unable or can't walk for full one hour then you can divide into two walks. You can walk 30 minutes in the morning and the remaining 30 minutes in the evening. And never walk immediately after eating. It is recommended that you should not walk after eating. Minimum you should wait for 40 minutes and start walking.
