Try to avoid fizzy drinks and acidic juices like fruit juice. If you can't avoid then drink via a straw to decrease the contact with the enamel on the tooth. Also, try to avoid foods that are high in sugar, for apparent reasons these will rot the enamel on the tooth. Make a habit of rinsing your mouth after drinking or eating. If you do this then the water will aid to lower the acidity in your mouth, thus lowering harm to enamel.

Ultimately, ensure that you are brushing and flossing daily. When you brush gently on the gums and flossing will build up the gums. Two times in a day, brush gently in small circular motions for 2 minutes. But do not brush hardly which may have the possibility to damage gums, also teeth. Use of mouthwash also supports the gum health by killing the bacteria in the mouth.
